Softball Pitching Class This clinic will teach proper throwing and pitching mechanics. Pitchers will build a foundation that will promote success and decrease the chance of injury. The emphasis will be on proper arm angles, release points, balance and the safe introduction of different pitches. All Players must pre-register 6 weeks Baseball Pitching Class; Class will focus on : •Proper warm up •Band/ Wrist weights/ Shoulder Tube Routine • Throwing program workloads • Mechanical Analysis •Velocity Check • Drills • Pitch Grips and Off speed discussion • Velocity Improvements • Command Improvements • *Weighted ball option implementation *entry level* Member Price $125 ($20 per class) Non-Member Price $150 ($25 per class)
