6 weeks Baseball Pitching Class; Class will focus on : •Proper warm up •Band/ Wrist weights/ Shoulder Tube Routine • Throwing program workloads • Mechanical Analysis •Velocity Check • Drills • Pitch Grips and Off speed discussion • Velocity Improvements • Command Improvements • *Weighted ball option implementation *entry level* Required equipment needed: Glove & Notebook Optional : J Bands if you have your own pair. Member Price $125 ($20 per class) Non-Member Price $150 ($25 per class)

Cancellation Policy

All Cancellation require 24hr notice as spots are limited or a cancellation fee will be charged.
