Service Description

6 Weeks of Instruction and Drills Cost: $300 Team Members : $250 Join Coach Dan Almonte former St. Paul Saint (starting Short-stop) , Old Dominion University (D-1 ) , Long Beach University(D-1) Baseball America #1 transfer in the country in 1996 (starting Short-stop), Current ESM Varsity Softball Head Coach & Hall of Fame Athlete. The Catching Clinic will be 2 hrs of instruction & training. The clinic covers aspect of: Catching position including stances, Receiving & blocking Pregame routines Gear maintenance importance Calling a game Reading swings Passed ball recovery Collisions at the plate Communication Developing leadership skills Throwing (arm motion and Mechanics on throws to the bases) All fielding skills (bunting, home to 1st double plays Plays at the plate Pop ups, drop strike 3 plays) Proper stretching & conditioning. Each catcher will be held to a standard that parallels their skill level.
