Cost per session: Venmo @Sports-Yard $50 Credit Card - $60 All Players must pre-register Join Coach Dan Almonte former St. Paul Saint ,Old Dominion University , Long Beach University Player and ESM Hall of Fame. Hands on instructions of drills he has learned throughout his playing and coaching career of over 25yrs+. Instruction and Drills The Catching Clinic will be 1 hr 30 mins of instruction & training. The clinic covers aspect of: Catching position including stances, Receiving & blocking Pregame routines Gear maintenance importance Calling a game Reading swings Passed ball recovery Collisions at the plate Communication Developing leadership skills Throwing (arm motion and Mechanics on throws to the bases) All fielding skills (bunting, home to 1st double plays Plays at the plate Pop ups, drop strike 3 plays) Proper stretching & conditioning.
