Softball Hitting Class Session 1- Sat

Service Description

This class trains players in the mental part of hitting, teaching each hitter, regardless of age, how they can have a good at-bat each time they step into the box. Instruction will include fundamental mechanics, body positioning, alignment, stance, grip and swing path, bat speed development for power, using live hitting drills and games. Help make each player a more confident hitter. Hitting Class will be 1 hour weekly for 5 weeks. Coached by Emma Johnson Price: $125
