Join Coach Dan Almonte former St. Paul Saint ,Old Dominion University , Long Beach University Player and Hall of Fame and Sports Yard Instructors for a hands on instructions of drills he has learned throughout his playing and coaching career of over 25yrs+. This class trains players in the mental part of hitting, teaching each hitter, regardless of age, how they can have a good at-bat each time they step into the box. Instruction will include fundamental mechanics, body positioning, alignment, stance, grip and swing path, bat speed development for power, using live hitting drills and games. Help make each player a more confident hitter. Hitting Class will be 1 hour weekly for 6 weeks.
